Each piece is made to order and shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners around the world. This allows us to focus on intentional design and reduce waste through on-demand production.
How long does shipping take?

Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed. If you made a mistake, please email support@selenerow.comwithin 2 hours of placing your order. While changes are not guaranteed, we’ll do our best to assist you before your item ships.
What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
If your order is marked as delivered but never arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@selenerow.com within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can help resolve it.
How do I track my order

Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes. Many of our styles are available in sizes XS to 3X. Be sure to check the Size Guide for detailed measurements before ordering.
